Research Description: The Simple Downloads List plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to a missing capability check on the 'wp_ajax_neofix_sdl_edit' AJAX endpoint along with many others in all versions up to, and including, 1.4.3. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to alter many of the plugin's settings/downloads and inject malicious web scripts.
Affected versions: max 1.5.0.
