Research Description: Injection Guard [injection-guard] < 1.2.2 Injection Guard <= 1.2.1 - Cross-Site Request Forgery to Whitelist Update The Injection Guard plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in versions up to, and including, 1.2.1. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the ig_update function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to update the plugin's whitelist via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
